Roasted Brussels Sprouts- Vegan Recipe





Ingredients:


1 pound Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. Use a bowl to toss brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt. Place mixture on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
